Forza 4 - Why is Indianapolis reversed?

I tried to find an explanation but couldn't find one. Does anyone know why Forza 4 reversed the Indianapolis GP track? Or perhaps it is reversed just for MotoGP?
I noticed that there isn't a full Nordschleife course in the Event List but it is supposed to be in the World Tour. I also hate how Forza 3 and Forza 4 insist on using the Formula 1 Catalunya course instead of what everyone else uses (including MotoGP). They should at least include the different variations because the course is physically designed in the game, I can drive it by pushing the cones away
