Can anybody confirm if this is real or Photoshopped?

It's reportedly from Kafranbel, Syria. I want to be 100% sure it's not a Photoshop before sending it to some liberal friends.

If not shopped, I'd wager it was staged and they don't know what it says.

I can't worry over assumptions, just facts–– like if the photo is real or not.

The fact that they mispelled "occupied" and you can see the ripples in the cloth under the letters leads me to believe it is not photoshopped.
