New Iphone. Synicing issue. Please help.
Hey all, My friend just purchased a refurb 3GS to replaces the one she had with a faulty battery. The issue is when I started syncing it, it did not bring up any of her old texts, music, photos, e-mail accounts or anything other than her apps and phone numbers. What can I do to help her bring up everything from her old phone similarly to when she got my last. Thanks for any help in advance. -Ben
Did she back up the old phone, then restore from backup to the new one?
She had backed it up the morning before she got the new one. After spending two and a half hours at the apple store it was resolved. That "Genius" really put in his time and earned his pay yesterday as she was really upset over his initial answer saying that all of her information was lost.
