Looking at a 2006 King Ranch F150, any issues to watch for?

110k miles.
Any known issues with these trucks around the 2006 year model?

Is it a 5.4L? If so, they have issues when it comes time to change the spark plugs. The plug breaks off in the head or some such nonsense. I personally know multiple people it has happened to (including my father). Beyond that, I do not know of any issues.
