Well, except that you are completely wrong.
Corporations have been granted legal permission to exist by governments for at least the last 400 years. In fact, most of the endeavors that led to colonization of north America were granted royal charters by the English crown.
The East India Company was created by royal charter in 1600
The Virginia Company was granted by royal charter in 1606
If the founding fathers had not wanted government to regulate corporations and business, they could have EASILY written that into the Constitution or Bill of Rights. They did not. Instead they focused on individual rights and liberties and left to the states the power to regulate commerce.
