Matt Bracken ( of Enemies Foreign and Domestic) has a new novel out. It appears to only be available via Kindle at the moment. I have read the free sample and it seems good. I don't have a Kindle until fathers day (I hope).

Thanks for the headsup!

I just started Correia's Hard Magic, but I know what I'm reading next!

Thanks for letting me know. Just ordered a copy for my Kindle.

I sent Matt an email before his last book came out asking if he would consider Kindle release
and he wasn't interested at that time. Glad he has changed his mind. I really enjoyed all three
of the EF&D series and could see his progression as a writer as each new book came out.
Really looking forward to reading Castigo Bay.

I just finished Castigo Cay and it was very good. If you enjoyed the EF&D trilogy you will like this book. Matt gets better at writing with each new book that comes out.

If you do not get it for Fathers day pick one up anyways. Anyone who reads will get a lot of use out of it. If someone on ARF mentions a book you can connect wireless and have it downloaded in a few seconds(or minutes depending on your connec).

I am half way through the book and it is pretty entertaining so far.

Edit: Finished it. Entertaining read. I hope he writes another Dan Kilmer novel like it says in the back.

is this Casitgo Cay that you are talking about? I tried the sample, but simply could not get into it. Seemed worlds different than the original trilogy books.
