I read this article previously. What is even more frightening, if you read further down, is this..." The administration also wants to melt down the military’s spent brass casings, thwarting gun owners who have been buying and recycling the surplus materials." First step to banning all reloading brass, primers, bullets, powders...etc.
If someone doesn't step in and do something, I think Obama, could, again, easily and legally bypass the Congress, due to the fact that he is Commander-in-Chief of the military, and could just order all military branches to collect and destroy surplus brass. Tell me, what other ulterior motive could he have? How many gang banger thugs, drug runners and cartel's, and other murderous criminal misfits do you think actually reloads their own ammunition? That surplus brass, technically belongs to the taxpayers, and is under the military dominion, hence therefore directly belongs to the military, and like other military assets, that actually don't need to be in the public's hands, the "anointed one" could easily do this by decree.
Also, why is this hid in a budget proposal?
