Surely they meant rounds of .223/9mm and not pounds.

I was looking at getting 1 of these but figured I would save up and put that money into a steel target that would last longer

We couldnt ya just get a used maniquin and fill it up with paintballs or something? After a shooting session then mix up some fiberglass epoxy and recover the holes...
