I watched every episode of the GG when I was at my Grandma's growing up, I always thought Rue was hot, probably why I still love older women to this day
Airwolf
Miami Vice
Magnum PI
Knight Rider
Chips
Black Sheep Squadren
Original Battlestar
The six-million dollar man had a cool tune.
Cheers.

ETA- I always liked the theme music to Dallas as well , it sounds like Texas
Mary Tyler Moore
Cheers
Greatest American Hero
Simon and Simon. Hands down the best. If you know it, you're hearing that guitar right now in your head.

I forgot the Dukes, my mom gave me four VCR tapes I could use to record the DOH on our $800 VCR when I was a kid. ESP play if I remember right, I could get four or five episodes on one VCR tape. She gave them to me awhile back and I tossed them, the commercials that were recorded would have been entertaining I bet as well.

I don't think it's the best, but I am hearing the guitar in my head as I type this.

Airwolf was ok, gotta throw in Knight Rider though, Turbo Boost!!!!!
I forgot about China Beach, I loved Dana Delany when I was a teenager.
WTF, beat by one minute?

Here is the absolute best!
"Paint it Black" on "Tour of Duty" is perfect.

Loved? Dana Delany is STILL hot...
Topically:
Miami Vice for me, followed closely by
Tour of Duty
A-Team
Hawaii Five-0
And Charles in Charge....
Come on... admit it, who DIDN'T want Charles In Charge of Them?
While some of your choices are noteworthy only one is the best, Beverly Hillbillies. Jed, move away from there.

And I would still hit it in a heartbeat, I will forever associate the name McMurphy with a hot nurse, maybe I will find one one day.......
The Jeffersons!
Miami Vice

Man, I forgot about this one. Might have to change my original vote.
Justified intro as they have it, couldn't find a video of the intro scene, just the music...
This is a fan made intro with a much better song, especially if your familiar with the series.

"Cover Up". Show only lasted a season, the orginal star accidently shot himself.
Used to come on after Airwolf. I was only 4 but both of the theme songs made an impression. Also "The Greatest American Hero" which has ben mentioned was memorable too.
My first memories of the AR15/M16
I thought the opening jingle for Alphas is a rockin' tune. Lots of people apparently do, and have requested the songwriter make it into a complete song. Haven't check to see if he has yet.
