Need help remembering the name of a type of packet.
When the C.O. that was helping me rejoin the Army changed commands he told me to tell one of the NCOs in the recruiting office to get a type of packet from his files to put in my file. No one knew what I was talking about so I may have misheard the name of the packet. So I need help figuring out what the packet is called so I can request it from the new CO who just contacted me. I thought he said it was a Commander's ERM Packet or something like that. He said it had all his notes on me and the different interviews I did with him and his chain of command.
I know it might be vague but he said it was important and no one seems to know what I’m talking about.

Sure if you wouldn’t mind. I googled it and saw "ERM packet" referenced in some USAREC memo but nothing to explain what that is so I don’t know if it’s right.
I can't tell you what the packet is called. But i can tell you that it is definately not a ERM packet. The ERM packet is all the paperwork you fill out with a recruiter and he scans it in to the computer.
Hmm that was my only lead. If the CO was the one recruiting me would that contain his notes on me?
