I used to bow hunt when I was in high school and college. Then I graduated, got a job and moved to an area where I had no contacts and no land to hunt. By the time I made contacts and got permission to hunt on some land I was married and had a child. I continued to hunt with a rifle (deer) and shotgun (Turkey) but didn't feel that I had time for the bow any more.

Years have passed and I have wanted to get back into Archery. I really did love it. My bow is from about 1985 so I wanted a new one. I went bow shopping and about crapped when I saw how much they are getting for bows now. I put it off for a few more years.

I have a friend who got back into archery last year. He did some work for the guy who owns a local bow shop and the guy paid him with a new Hoyt Alphamax 32 that was all decked out. Today my friend called me and said that he wants to buy some new golf club(s) and wants to sell his bow. A month or so ago he said that he wanted to sell it to upgrade to a new one. He said that he wanted $750 for the bow and all the equipment. I was tempted and was thinking about buying it. Today he offered to sell me the bow and all the accessories for $425.00! SOLD!

Looks like I'm finally getting back into archery!
