I bought this Kenwood handheld in December and have been using it ever since. Here is my review of it.

That was good. I miss mine sometimes. My am sucked for local stations but everything else was great.
Sweet! I was thinking of picking one of those up!

Switching between AM, FM, WFM, SSB, and CW requires you be in the B band, not A. Same with the wide band Rx. HF and other extended Rx is only available in B band. 1750 tone is a European thing. Kinda like CTCSS is used here for repeaters. Battery life with AA pack is pretty bad. HF Rx works with a grounded antenna but it's fairly useless. The duck is a dummy load, but all HT ducks are.
Looks like they made the wall wart smaller though. That's nice. My TH-F6A was purchased when they were new and the wall wart is huge and heavy.
