I'd like to check on my order. My CC was charged last monday (July 3rd) but no news since that.
I sent an email but no answer.

What did you order and what is the shipping address?

We are now shipping out of three stores and if it was out of mine I'll let you know the tracking number.

I received my order yesterday but few things got mixed up in the order. It was shipped from Ft Lewis, WA.

Aaron will make it right. Good guy to deal with. As a general rule the LMT uppers do NOT come with handguards. As far as the MAID grips I can tell you personally that they are very hard to tell basic from full at a glance. But he will take care of your order issues.

Hi Exocet,

During the first part of July, we tried shipping mail orders from the location closest to our customer. Unfortunately, it did not go according to plan, especially with items which are hard to distinguish from other and are not labeled by the manufacturer with barcodes and/or part numbers. Magpul is one of those vendors.

Anyway, did my guys take care of this?

THANKS. Just got the remaining parts today.

I want to add I had a great customer service experience with Quantico Arms. Very professionnal folks !!!
