Received Incomplete Order (Problem Fixed!)

I've left a voicemail and sent an email detailing this problem. I'm also posting it here. I placed an order for LMT L7D3 * which is "LMT Standard Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group". I received the order today and all I received is the carrier. I am missing the bolt, firing pin, cam pin, and retainer pin. As you can imagine, I'm disappointed.
