Who can help me w/ a buttpad issue?
i tried contacting the support on Magpul's website about 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply yet. I have a Magpul Enhanced buttpad on my CTR and it seems to have separated from the base. the 2 tabs and "base" are still on the rifle, but the buttpad itself has fallen off. is there a replacement? i didn't want to just epoxy it back on b/c i wasn't sure how it would hold. thanks!
Givin' them a ring would probably be your best bet. I've never had too much success with getting email responses back, but have been good on the phone.
I emailed them twice over the past couple weeks for a different issue and like you I haven't heard back. I figure they are probably busy getting ready for SHOT so since my deal isn't time sensitive I was planning to wait until after the show before trying to get in touch with them again. In regards to your issue I know that both Brownells and Midway sell the enhanced buttpads as I'm sure plenty of other retailers do as well, if you purchased through one of them maybe the would exchange it for you.
