Now that they are legal what do I have to do?? I know I have paperwork to do but what do I need to do to order one from you??

1) Do we have to wait for the ATF to say Mi is a legal state now?
2) Do I have to buy a suppressor before stating the paperwork?
3) Do you ship the suppressor directly to me once the paperwork is in order or does it need to go through a class 3 dealer or can I pick it up directly from you?

Any help would be appreciated

I can answer some of your questions. But verify to make sure, contact a local dealer the does NFA sales they should know 100%.

You should be gtg. I don't thing the ATF has any say where a suppressor is shipped that is left up to the states laws.

Yes you have to buy the suppressor before the paper work. They need the serial number to complete the form 4.

A supressor is considered a firearm. It has to be shipped to the dealer/FFL. Once its at the dealers you do your ATF form 4. You get the tax stamp back and do your transfer paper work at the dealer. At least thats what I have been told.

Please correct me if I am wrong

Ruger556boy is correct on all counts.

One note: You can purchase the can from us, and have it transferred to an FFL/SOT of your choosing (there is no ATF transfer fee dealer to dealer, but the FFL/SOT will have a fee). You will then handle all the paperwork through your FFL/SOT. The dealer you use MUST have an SOT (aka Class 3 dealer).
