I don't think I have ever received service like this before from any company, let alone my firearms related stuff.
A few days ago I returned an upper which I couldn't get to mount on several lowers because the pin holes were simply too out of whack. BCM e-mailed me a return label the same day I told them about the problem, and I was about to ask them what the status was because I know they received the return package on Tuesday. Here it is on Thursday, and just as I am thinking of sending them an e-mail, I see the UPS guy pulling up and I think the neighbors ordered something. Well, lo and behold, I hear a package drop at the front door and the doorbell rings.
I was half expecting these guys to wallow out the holes and send it back, but as far as I can tell, they sent me an entirely new assembly, or they replaced the upper and sent the whole assembly back to me before I had a chance to blink.
Orders for two more uppers coming your way. Now I really don't regret shitcanning the other site sponsored vendor I have been using for several years. Those other guys don't have a clue what customer service means.

BCM is top notch. Every time I receive an order from them I smile because of the fast shipping, the quality products, and the extra goodies.
I'll order from BCM even if some one has it slightly cheaper because i know they will have awesome customer service and super fast shipping.
