Regular carbine or midlength. I will be using your FFS barrel mount. Am I correct to assume this is a gas block too?

Thanks in advance,

Sorry for the delayed reply, We were very busy with SHOT and dealing with orders after the show. The MRFS-M-EX-EBR is for a mid length gas system. Use a 16 or 18" barrel.

Samson,

Thank you. I am considering making a SBR upper for my registered short barrel rifle lower. I would use a midlength barrel then have it cut to either 10.5 or 11.5. It would appear that both lengths would work with MRFS-M-EX-EBR. Do you have any pictures of a short barrel rifle configuration using this product?

Regards,
Gary

You might want to look at our MRFS-CX-EBR for a SBR build. It is for a carbine length gas system. Looks the same as the MRFS-M-EX -EBR but just a bit shorter. Following are the oveall lengths

MRFS-M-EX-EBR 12.375 long
MRFS-CX-EBR 10.00 long

Thanks
