On a 16" .308, what should the weight difference be?

I don't know if you are aware, but LaRue does have a website. Here, let me show you

The PredatOBR is roughly 1lb (really 16.5 ounces) lighter than the OBR - both with a 16" Barrel.

This is based on the weights listed on LT's Website.

The weight listed for the hybrid is based upon the 14.5" bbl. I spoke with one of the guys at Larue and while he did not know the exact weight, based upon the weight differences between an 18" and 16" OBR he estimated the 16" hybrid would weigh ~5 oz's more than the 14.5". Given that, my guess on a 16" hybrid is that it weighs 8.5lbs or .75lbs less than the OBR. No featherweight, but excellent given what you get.

10 Seconds after I posted this, I called LT. Turns out the OBR is 9.25lbs, and the Hybrid is 1.2lbs lighter.

The posted weight is based on the 14.5" Hybrid. We'll update that on the website today.

The 16" barreled version should come in just under 9 pounds.

Saw this and freaked for just a minute until I remembered that this is about the 7.62 rifles...
