Gander mountain only has the original red / green strikefire listed on their sight.
I have called their CS line and the reps have no idea about what is in the warehouse and new products. I can get no answers when asking about availability for the red-only version.
Do you guys drop ship these for them or do they maintain an inventory? I would like to order from them, but I want the newer version.
Maybe they just have not updated their description? Do you still ship the original model?
If you could provide me with any insight I would appreciate it.
Gander only carries the red/green model.
We have several dealers here on ar15.com that carry that model, so I would check with them first.

The reason I was looking at gander is that I have a gift card there and they run decent sales from time to time.
Maybe they will change their mind soon and start carrying it.

Oh, I see. Yeah, I'm not sure if they will be carrying that version soon or not. Typically the big box stores like Gander don't make changes very rapidly, so unfortunately you may be waiting a while.
Sorry about that. Maybe if they get enough customer requests they might decide to pick it up.
