On a recent weekend range trip, I discovered the reticle in my
PST 2.5-10x44 was canted to the right to about 1 o'clock. I didn't notice a problem when I put it away the previous week.
Although I never doubted that Vortex would take care of me, I was worried I might be pushing it on time.
I have a precision rifle training class set up for which this particular scope is the only one I possess that meets the criteria for the class. The class was in about 4 weeks from then, and I was worried that I might not be able to get it fixed and returned in time to make the class date.
So, Monday morning I called and spoke with Kelly. I told her the problem and about my upcoming training. And that I would REALLY like my scope returned in three weeks, if that was at all possible.
She told me, "No Problem. We'll have it back to you in plenty of time". She told me to make sure I give her a date that gave me time to set it back up and practice.
I shipped it off that day. It arrived at Vortex on Wednesday. The next Monday I had a shipping notice from Vortex, and it was on my porch, and then on my rifle on Wednesday. From FedEx, to my porch in 10 days.
I'm VERY pleased. I took it back to the range this weekend, and in 6 clicks I was re-zeroed.
