I've been researching this for a while and would like to go with a 100% Spikes rifle.

Does Spikes still make the pirate logo lower (not the Jolly Roger w/paray etc...I know that's long gone ) I'm talking the standard one with the Calico Jack pirate logo and the bullet pics for safe/fire. Will Spikes build a rifle with what I want on it? Here's what I'm wanting.

Pirate lower with enhanced kit, logo color filled, not decided on M4 or CTR stock yet. 16" LE Mid length upper w/standard handguards (not a fan of the M4 barrels..at 16" they just look too long for the rifle) A middy just looks better too me.
Instead of the standard bolt carrier group, i would like the Spike's Tactical M16 BCG Coated in Nickel Boron, ejection door with pirate logo on it....and a A2 carry handle (yes, I'm old school).

I'm a LEO in North East Fl, but this a a rifle for personal use..not department. Having a local FFL to send rifle to is not a problem. I'm not in any rush so having to wait for a rifle is not a problem (i've read about the wait time).

I know everyone says it's not hard to order parts and just assemble a rifle yourself, but I'm just not that up assembling an AR, besides I like to be able to unbox a new rifle and shoot it.

What does everyone think here...I would of posted this in the general AR forum..but I'm looking to do 100% spikes and don't want to hear buy brand x, y, z,...x is cheaper...y does this better etc....you know what I'm i'm talking about.

Besides, Spikes is a Florida company and I would like to support local business first.

I have one of the NiB BCGs and I love it. It's so much easier to clean...

You may also want to consider having them add in the Battle Trigger to your build. It is an NiB coated trigger, hammer, and disconnector. It's a pretty good trigger for the money.
