well you could buy a bunch of them and resale them tacking a few bucks on each one
and charging reasonable shipping

i could use 2 i could pay $3 for you to ship to me and a up to extra $2 each to you
to bring your shipping cost down to $11

and if you can get a few more guys to do that you can bring your shipping down to nothing
naturally the more you order the lower the price for everyone if everyone shares in the initial shipping
expence

its kind of a shame they seem to be one of the most customer friendly piston suppliers here on the board you think they could work something out on small orders.

I believe you can get springs like you need from "lee springs". We just need the specs on it.

I lucked out and a buddy had a spring that was pretty close to dimensionally correct. I just needed to trim a coil off it. I gave the Adams spring to my brother who is rocking an Osprey system. My spring is somewhat stronger but not much, I think it will have a longer lifespan.

McMaster Carr

Get the specs of the spring from Adams Arms if possible, then buy a pack of them from McMaster, possibly of an even better material.

It is a shame that so many people look at customer complaints as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to improve. It shows a lack of business acumen.

The original author is right. The customer should expect low cost alternatives to FedEx......and you shouldn't have to call to ask for it....period.

Josey, essentially they are this way because they can be. If they were in a bind or needing business I can guarantee they would accommodate us. Since they are not hurting.........

Do you hear that AA? You might be loosing potential business because you can't get your minds wrapped around this.
