Big thumbs up to DPMS customer service!
I would like to give the folks in customer service, Shane in particular, a big thumbs up for a great job taking care of an issue I had. The folks have certainly earned this so kudos to you all and keep up the good work and lets keep the positive words coming folks!
It's a lot easier to send negative vibes and people need to hear they do a good job and are appreciated!
I also had a great experience with DPMS customer service, they really take good care of their customers.
Yeah, yesterday I received my magazines that were replaced since I had 2 of the defective mags. They were on the ball. They know what they are doing.
I had a pin retaining pin break on my 308. They had none on the web site. I wrote, and they sent four free, immediately, so I was covered for a match. Great service. Otherwise, I have had no need for their great service for my multiple DPMS rifles.
