I recently ordered two slings and noticed that only one arrived with my order.
I emailed customer service and received a response within a few days.
The rep apologized for the delay in getting back to me and explained that the sling I ordered was on backordered. The rep upgraded the model of my sling and it shipped out right away.
It looks like PSA is starting to get a handle on the order volume with the appropriate manpower.

Did the shipping invoice indicate a backorder?
if not, that would have saved manpower to answer a question....

No backorder indicated. The order just arrived short.
