Just received my .22 conversion and 1 BDM mag shipped monday here today (+1)...every thing packed well...but i opened it up and was missing a mag (ordered a spare)
so I think "
crap what hoops do I have to jump through to get my mag?"
Called BDM immediately.....
"Sure we'll get that right out, sorry bout that" (+1)

Your post makes me a little sad 
I just placed an order for a Tac Sol upper, 15 smoke mags and a 50 round drum. Delivery time should be similar to yours so I will have to wait till the end of next week to get it if they are not so backed up that it it doesn't go out later than normal (my luck they will be). But I will say I got it all for a great price so it will be worth the wait

My luck it shipped UPS (maby being so large an order) and has to go all the way across the US so I won't get it till next Monday They did get it out fast though Looks like I will plan a shooting day for next Tuesday

We dont do back orders, if the web says its in stock we have it. Uppers get mailed UPS because its cheaper for you, mags get mailed USPS for the same reason. Thats why your mags beat your upper to your door.
This sale has been huge for our shipping dept. but they get the orders out as fast as they can.
We have 35 uppers on the shelf now and I can get more, no danger of running out before christmas.

So are you saying that the upper & mags shiped seperatly? I got a UPS tr# today yesterday weight said it was was 6 lbs. so should I be expecting a USPS package also with just the mags?

With the sale going on I figured you would be swamped....I was suprised when my order shipped the same day it was placed.

Usually mags and small items ship separately because the uppers come in a fitted foam lined box with no room to cram in parts. we use the methods that are cheaper for you, no shipping up charges here. USP and UPSP come to our shop every day and I don't screw my customers with ridiculous charges. Most US postal boxes go out the day after the order and are 2-3 days tops after that, they will beat the brown truck by a few days.
