Every three or four rounds they both do this.
And this is on a semi auto (haven't bothered running it on the Norrell yet, no point).
Any ideas?
My 10/22 will ONLY feed properly from the factory mags.
I tried a few aftermarket mags before giving up on all of them.
Of course, mine is a target rifle for punching paper, so 10rds per mag is fine:

If you ever are interested in aftermarket, try some of the Butler Creek steel lips 25rd magazines. Those have always worked good for me. Yeah, 10rds goes pretty fast through a Norrell, heck even the 25rders do also. Was really hopeful that these drums would work. I got an email from BD, said to file down part of the feed block on the left side, might be dragging the bolt. Not sure that will help, but will give it a shot.
Atleast they do answer emails
Can you feel resistance when you cycle the bolt with the mag unloaded and are these recently purchased?
The first one I bought had feeding issues. I sent it back to the factory and the replacement has worked well.
I try to help here on the BDM Forum when I can but had a setback a few weeks ago when
my Mother had a stroke. Kevin, BDM is somewhat out of touch for whatever reason but the
company is as always Superb at Customer Service...
