Looking for a little advice as how to go about removing the flash hider on an EMC. What does Knights use to hold it on (Rockset)? How much force is required to remove it? Finally, what's the best way to clamp the barrel in order to gain the leverage required?

We have two options for clamping.

I'm a bit busy right now but I will get parts numbers to you tomorrow or Friday.
1 is a fixture that wraps around the gas block
2 is a fixture that inserts into the barrel extension lugs

We use Rockset to hold it in place and aprox 15ft/lbs of torque
I generally tap the muzzle device first to break up the rockset –– as its a ceramic based adhesive it does not do well with shock, yet does well against heat.

Any word on the part number for either fixture I'll need to remove the FH? Which would be the better option to use in your opinion?

Appreciate it. Is that for the gas block or the barrel nut, and who do I need to contact for pricing and orders since I'm guessing it's not a stocked item in the Knights Online Store. Thanks!
