Order Placement Question
I'm about ready to place a pretty large order w/ you guys (approx $10K). There's quite a few options I'm wanting that are not offered in the website drop down menus. I want to make this as easy for you guys as possible. Would it be acceptable to enter the order on a spreadsheat, print and fax w/ the front page of the order form? Or would you prefer this scanned and emailed? Is there any way to confirm reciept of the order if I fax or email? It would take at least an hour to place this order over the phone and don't want to tie up your lines if there's a more effective option. Let me know what's the best method to get the order into you guys.
Either email or fax would probably be the best way, a confirmation for an email would be quicker, as it would simply be a reply, but we can also do a confirmation call, or add your email address to the order form and we could shoot you an email. If we have an email address, when the package is shipped, you'll get a confirmation email from UPS online.
