general backlog question
i was wondering, since I just found you guys, what is the general wait time for jsut a 16" standard HBAR flat top kit?
I have been waiting for a kit from another company for 3 months and with no delivery date in sight I am getting fairly impatient.... depending on the time I might consider changing my order.
any insight?
Standard HBAR's have a pretty bad wait list, so it will be a while. 4150 1x7 twist chrome lined, with M-4 feed ramps and F sight tower DS-4's are available fairly quickly, probably 4 weeks, and standard DS-4's should not be too much further out.

I spoke with you about midlengths about a month ago...
Rather than wait for chrome lined midlength, I ordered (2) 16"- HBAR chrome lined CAR kits.
What would be the cost difference if I were to switch the barrels on those kits to the 4150 1x7 twist chrome lined M-4 feed ramp and F sight tower configuration you just mentioned?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The 4150 CL, F sight DS-4 barrel with M-4 feed ramp kits run $90 more than the standard CAR kit.

...and the HBAR's are probably still months out I assume?
I have no problem waiting, but I get the feeling that the HBAR's are seen as "special order" while the DS-4 barrels are more run of the mill and coming in at a regular frequency.
Am I correct in my reading of the current state of things?
We have a batch of HBAR's at park right now, but those won't get through November's orders for them. We just had a batch of chrome lined HBAR's show up and are starting the process. Barrels have been showing up fairly regularly now, but no matter how many barrels of any given contour show up, we're still filling backorders for the most part. One barrel maker is running 2 machines for DS-4 profiles 24-7, so there have been more of those show up than anything else right now, so we're still not up to date on those.
The downside is that we have a 9" thick stack of orders for HBAR's, so it will be several batches before we even get to orders placed this year on those.

Just ordered, we will see how fast i get it with this barrel, tell tiffany she is awesome, she was very nice overall very happy im switching to you guys, just wish i had heard about you when i was ordering my kit back in december.
How scarce are NM FF tubes and gas blocks, in lieu of std front sights? This is how I would prefer my upcoming order to be configured.
