Do the LE9T5's have sealed cases?

It looks like they have nickel cases from the photo and i thought i read that sealant does not adhere to the nickel well.

I looked at the ammo and I could not see any sealant but that not saying yes or no for sure. It could be contained within the pocket, or possibly a clear sealant or my observation missed something.
