I'm putting together a DPMS Style 308 and wanting a good, but cheap handguard. Are the ones I have found about it?

Etc

What do you suggest...on a budget?

Looks like the Troy at $150 is the deal for me!! I haven't found any of them that cheap.

ID is 1.5 inch It is a very narrow hand guard.

DPMS solid free float ~$50, DPMS slotted free float ~$75. Fits easily with a low pro block. you can time the slotted tube so the slots are at 3, 6, 9 etc with a bit of BLUE loctite if it doesn't line up naturally

MOE rails and accessories fit nicely with this.

Yes, that tube but for an Armalite. No problem with the store.

I have not seem them that cheap anywhere as well, except used. I just bought a Troy TRX Extreme 13.8"!
