Is this Colt 601 bayonet the real deal?

Is this Colt 601 on ebay for real? Correct green handle but no ArmaLite on the blade? The auction is over so do not get excited. I did not want to inquire here until after the auction was over... for obvious reasons/
So what is the deal with this bayonet? The RBR site does not seem to address this breed.

'' william humes m7 bayonet page" it's real!!! i got out bidded by 5 bucks on that auction. but i did win another one ebay # 190629149663 that is marked colt and armalite. the prices on these seem to have come down ..

Yup it is real. They are harder to find then the Armalite marked ones.

Has it been sharpened a lot or is the blade just shaped that way?

from the auction "Bayonet for Colt army rifle of the 1960s. Maybe Armalite? Green finished fiberglass handle. Marked Colt's 62082 HARTFORD,CONN U.S.A. Blade has been sharpened. No original finish. It is rusted all over and lightly pitted. Damaged, The quillion has been bent down on and it to the handle cracking it. Some of the green finish has been worn off the handle. Blade measures 6 3/4 inches to point. Pommel has old yellow or tan paint. No scabbard."

looks like the blade was heavily sharpened and was cold blued

If that brought $430 then mine is easily worth three times that much. No it aint for sale so please don't email asking me. I still have not taken photos of my armalite bipod as I told a member here I would do . But I plan on it if I ever manage to make it home for any length of time.

I've seen them bring that much (3x) and I've seen them bring less than (3x). Less is the problem with the auction setting for a seller and more is the problem for the buyer. Trashed they still bring $300 or so it seems. Excellent figure $750-1000 most any day and the real nice one's bring a little more. Having the correct scabbard is definately worth something extra. Definately an easy sell though.
