Ramped boltcarrier/Geissele trigger group
Posted once before on some of these issues.
I've noted in previous threads concerns about hammer pin breakage; guess my question becomes one of cost effectiveness. I've already put substantial rounds thru' my Colt 6450, thus far without drama. How much shooting is really required before the captured trigger and firing pin groups become an issue.
My carbine reputedly came with the SS FCG pins; are they really any sturdier than standard?
Guess the matter comes down to cost effectiveness and whether it's really worthwhile to change out the pivot pins?

I HAVE to run UN-ramped RRA 9mm bolts with both of my Geissele Hi-Speed triggers, or I get hammer follow and only go "BANG" once!
