"Why you intend to make firearm" on Federal Form
Title says it all; what do you need to say here? I'm applying to make an SBR on a 9mm AR. "Because it will be really kewl" doesn't seem to be the right answer....
Seriously, how do you answer this? Say it will be short and handy? Replica of the SS guns?
Guidance is sincerely appreciated.

"So I can get chicks."
"The ass: Cap bustin in, as needed"
"For all lawful purposes" seems to work.

This or "Research and Development" as required by NC law.

This
Appealing as the 'to get chicks' might be, the 'lawful purposes' works well enough.
Thanks guys!

Just in case 'all lawful purposes' doesn't fly, 'enhance my collection' or 'investment' work also.
I used "collecting" but was tempted to say "Because I am an American".
I think I still have a form setting here somewhere that I put "Chicks Dig Stubby Barrels" in that blank. I need to find it and get it registered someday soon...

So I guess "for the impending Zombie Apocalypse" wouldn't be a good idea?

It never pays to stir up the bureaucrats more than necessary....

Variations on that may or may not work.
"Zombies" has been done, and approved. Advisable? That's your judgment call, there...
