Q3131A is made in Israel, so if it's actually US-made, it'd be repackaged Q3131.

On the end flap of the box, which you don't show a picture of, will be Winchester's factory Q identifier. It will state what it is...what you are showing does not help a bunch. Pic would help.

Like others have said: Need pics of the Q identified on the side. Probably Q3131A though.
