Really dont wanna open each mag up. Have Centers, Adventure Line, Parsons, Labelle, and Sanchez mags that wont have dates in them right? I know Okays do.

I'm 98% sure that Okay is/was the only manufacturer that stamped the inside.

Colts are inside...K2 means 1972. Or if K2 and 86, that means Feb of 1986

Most if not all Colt 30 round magazines were made by OKay Industries

Center Industries mags will have a date stamp and code on the outside of the mag body.........even the pre-ban ones. It'll say 6P199 and then under it you might see 03/92 etc.

Adventure Line ceased to exist prior to the ban. I believe Parsons did too. Adventure Line was purchased by Parsons, who were in turn purchased by Center Industries. As for Labelle and Sanchez, I can't speak to them, as I don't own any.

And yes, most Colt floorplated 30 round mags were manufactured by Okay Industries. Pre 1986 were stamped with an "O" on one side, and a "K" on the other, along with a number. The meaning of the number is debated as to either being a year or a month. Either way, it doesn't matter, as if they have no year, they're pre-86.
