"Leupold Mark Ar" is pretty vague.

I have the 1.5-4x and it's a very nice scope. Clear glass and repeatable clicks. I've used it both for 3 gun and for deer hunting.
3x9x40 is what interested me. I like the fact it's American made vs the Nikon m233 series
Got the 8x18x40 and it is nice. Can stack shots on each other out of a 24" AR.
