On a collapsible stock where do you prefer your 2 to 1 point sling attached to? Somewhere on the stock or on the lower receiver? Feel free to state why, if you haven't tried both methods please refrain from commenting as it would be an unfair opinion.
End plate. Noveske or GG&G.

I prefer to mount the front attachment on the handguard as far back (close to the mag well) as possible, and the rear attachment on the back of the receiver. This keeps the two ends very close together and not only can it act more similar to a single point sling with regards to transitions to weak hand, but it's also easier to reach the adjustment buckles (mine are quick-release slings like the V-tac).
I found that the closer together they were the easier it was to manipulate the gun and keep the sling sliding out of the way when it needed to. The drawback was that for just hiking around with the gun slung over a shoulder, the wider spacing was more stable. I have attachment points on both the receiver and stock so I can move it back and forth.
I like this method much better than a single-point sling which does not fit my needs well at all. I do a lot more hiking and walking, never kicked a door in yet.
