How bad did I get screwed on this Yugo? They are taking care of me now

I bought a case of Yugo 7.62x39, when the company said if you buy a case it comes in the original crate I thought it would be in the sealed tin and everything. Well it was not, the ammo arrived and I herd rounds rolling around in the crate. I then opened the crate and the ammo was in new white boxes not the original boxes. I opened the boxes and there are mixed headstamps and years in each box. There is corrosion on about 1/4 the rounds. I had no idea, just trying to figure out if I got screwed.

I would be mad too... who sold it? Give them a call they might be able to make it right

Yup its reboxed battlefeild pickup, literally some rounds had mud on them. From palmetto state armory, not worth $275.75 shipped

Called them and they said that there manager would call back. Also sent an im to them on this site and an email, About 200 rounds in total were in horrible condition (corrosion everywhere) about 50 rds were actually shiny the rest looked liked they were stored improperly for some time. Several headstamps found ammo was from 70-90's (no big deal). Wouldnt be bad ammo for blasting at a reduced rate I would say but I have not test fired it yet. At $275 you can find much better of the same product

Just in to say I have dealt w/ Palmetto State Armory more than once and have been completely satisfied.

They are going to refund me for the coroded rounds thats good enough for me, they responded quick and were very polite

How about you deal with the vendor first next time before posting? There's nothing wrong with airing complaints AFTER you've tried to resolve the issue, but there's a lot of vendors who get their name pulled in the mud that try to do the honorable thing given the chance.
