WPA is Wolf, but its now made by Barnaul (The "Bears") I fired some WPA 5.45 yesterday, excellent ammo and feels "hot".

Just an update Wolf MC is NO LONGER using the 8M3 bullet, it also is being manufactured at a different facility. .
