Thanks!

I'm not sure, as the site doesn't say. I'm going to the gun show this weekend and I'll see if any of the vendors has one.

No one knows. Atlantic has them built by someone on a contract and they won't disclose who it is. I'm not sure how Arms of America is selling them now too.
Arms of America tested a rifle and then purchased a few units for sale from our firm.
Nodak receiver , us chromed barrel , surplus parts.
What really counts is how well they are put together.
Buy one and do a review

The riveting looks amateur at best unfortunately. What a waste of a nice parts kit.

I'm really considering it. I've heard not so hot reviews of the rivet work, but I'll see if there's one at the fun show tomorrow. I f I remember, DPH Arms had one last time, but the sales rep. wasn't able to tell me who built it.
I have one and love it. It looks really nice. I put up a mini review up here on another thread back in January. I've been meaning to do a stand alone thread with pics, but I don't have a camera that would do it justice. Mine shoots really well with no cant not any patent flaws. The wood is awesome and my rivets look good. I think its the best bet for someone who wants a 70s akm. I got mine from Atlantic, and they really went the extra mile. It shipped with a hard case, sling, a cleaning kit, and since I didn't ask about the arfcom discount prior to shipping, they threw in 4 mags and a t-shirt.
I really like mine though I haven't run it extremely hard yet, it has had no malfunctions. I'll try to find a camera and get some pics up.

Thanks for the info. I'll be sure to let you guys know as well if I pick one up.
No problem. I wanted to buy the kit an build my own, but I don't have plans for building a lot of AKs so picking up the proper tools would make this prohibatively expensive. The Atlantic rifle was just what I needed.
Now if only Atlantic would buy some of those tula krink kits and have a rifle built for them I would be set.
