So I want to pick up a few more waffle mags... I'm nnot seeing any on copes site, so does anyone know of a good place to get them right now?

If you're not in a hurry, I'd wait for Copes to restock.
The other places are charging $5 more a mag.

There's plenty in stock at the distributors, but they've increased the price
