Who makes this mag pouch?

Got it free a few years ago at a gun show. The dealer said he's had it for sale for years with no buyers. He said ten dollars, and then said I could have it free. My guess would be Chinese, but I still have never been able to find out for certain. I've never seen any gear, Russian or Chinese or other, that have the large plastic nubs like this one does. Anyone know?

I had this debate on another site awhile back.I had four pouches,all different color toggles like yours.
Some said,eqyptian,albanian,but most agreed it is Romainan.

I was going to guess Romanian. The material and stitch pattern look like their style.
