The Romanian parts are good. Per the 1st response, they were basically National guard rifles in Romania that were set up for semi-auto only. Seems Ceucescu(sp?) was a bit nervous that the Rus might roll into Romania as they had in Hungary so, they decided to get armed up. However, the plan was to hand out full auto trigger groups if the excrement hit the oscillator.

The real question is what US reciever was used + who assembled the parts kit and did they do the job right?

Considering he seems to want top dollar and there is no way to know who put it together, I'd better pass. Many thanks for you input.
