Does anyone have a good source on Saiga parts, i.e.: bolt/ carrier/ ect. besides K-VAR? Thanks for the help.

there are 3 different guys who sell a ton of these parts on theakforum, albeit most are Bulgarian and not Russian Saiga. What exactly are you looking for? I ask because while you can replace the bolt carrier and other parts, the bolt needs to stay with the rifle.

I was wanting to get a backup bolt and carrier for my SGL-20. From what I understand is that the Saiga internals can only be swapped with Saiga parts. I would think that as new as this rifle is that the headspace wouldn't be all that different from bolt to bolt, and if it is, what's one supposed to do if some thing bad happens to ones current bolt?
I have never had nor heard of a bolt failing, but if you want spares, I would buy all the springs at firing pin parts for the bolt. The bolts are indeed head spaced to each weapon, and cannot be swapped. Bolt carriers are cheap also. You might want to keep an extra hammer and hammer detent spring too.
