Cosmoline Removal
Just got my Apex Maadi take -off furniture in yesterday. Whats the best way to get cosmoline off the wood? Thanks in advance.
simple green and hot water? Then towel, air compressor, towel, warm air, towel...

I used hot tap water, dawn and a nylon scrub brush. Same with the metal parts.
To strip the Egyptian finish I sprayed Easy Off on the wood, let it sit for about 3-5 min, scrubbed it with a scotchbrite pad in hot water. It didn't get the black out of the lines in the wood but I used a dark stain so it wasn't a big deal to me.
