Fun with the gun

On Friday I took my Polish 1959 RPD vector build out to my range and fired 10 drums of 100 rds. I put some 1lb Tannerites down range under various appliances, My wife and I took turns shooting and she scored a great microwave hit.
I got a good blast out of an old oven and then she finished off an old refrigerator. We had a ball and drank some beer at the camp fire and when it got darker we fired two drums of solid tracers.
The gun was flawless without any hickups what so ever, So now I am reloading the belts and will be cleaning the gun so we can go out and have another good time.
( sorry for no pics but I don't own a camera or a cell phone)

I want an RPD so badly it hurts. I've always thought they were the coolest looking MGs.
