Question on Heinie Sights for G21

I'm looking at sights for my G21 and I've noticed some sight company's list sights specifically for the different model Glocks.

The Heinie sights I'm looking at are listed "For all Glock" Link to Midway, Heinie Sights

Why are some sights specific to the 21 but these are shown as universal?
