Gunsmithing
I own a Beretta 92fs Inox. I love it. Just wondering if there is anything to make it even better/more accurate. Is there a good trigger option or a place that you would recommend that does good gunsmithing? Thanks for the help

Install the 'D' spring and see if you like the trigger then.

How hard is that to do?

Easy, all you need is a 2mm pin punch. If you do not have one, then a 1/16" or a 3/32" pin punch would do the trick.

Pretty simple. Even *I* was able to do it................
Now, if your Inox has a
metal trigger, I also suggest getting the Wolff Gunspring
reduced power trigger return spring unit as well. This coupled with the DAO mainspring gives one a REALLY nice instant trigger job for about $25~.
If you have the model with the polymer-covered trigger, then the captured return spring will NOT fit the gun. So make sure before you order.

Contact "WAL" over on the Beretta Forum, and ask about his conical bushing mod. It's similar to what the factory did for the "Stock" model, and improves accuracy by eliminating play between the barrel and slide.

Not sure how much that would help, i.e. be a good return on the $$$. I've busted clays sitting on a berm @ 50 yards (not feet, yards) with my bone stock 92FS. These guns are capable of some amazing accuracy, IMO.
I know the AMU puts in some sort of bushing on their guns but it's not like they don't have the budget for that sort of thing.
I think I would just find the ammo it likes, swap out the springs & have at it, IMO.

You should read the reviews. People rave about this mod.
I have a 92 Steel 1 with a WAL bushing and it is extremely accurate though I will say I liked the accuracy of the stock 92 Steel. I did it because the reviews from the Beretta forum were phenomenal and because I had heard that the AMU was doing something similar to their pistols. I had an extra stainless barrel sitting around anyway so it seemed like a no brainer to give it a whirl.
I looked around on the internet. I couldn't really find this WAL guy. Just references to him. Can somebody steer me in the right direction

You can PM WAL on the Beretta Forum.

Look at the sticky in the Smithing section of BerettaForum.
He doesn't have a site, but is a very well known member over there. I personally had him cut and crown an Inox barrel down to make an Elite version (exaggerated target crown instead of the standard target crown). Very happy with the results.
Sweet. Thanks guys!!
